What’s Your Why

When we begin something new, there is typically a good reason that drives us. This is our why. For me, starting on a journey of wellness was a necessity if I wanted to stop living in survival mode and start thriving.

My why today is more about giving back than getting. I take care of my mind, body and spirit because those things make me feel good. Am I fit and strong? Yes! But I am more grateful for the way I FEEL than the way I look.  When I see my clients begin to experience how good it feels to feel good, it lights me up! And when I see them transform not only their physical fitness but also their mindset, ramp up their confidence, and begin to truly thrive rather than simply survive, it reminds me of my purpose for being here.
