Monthly Bootcamps

Don’t let the word “Bootcamp” scare you! It’s simply a way to call out your commitment to a time frame of extra attention to creating the habits that will help you to shift your mindset, increase your energy, and do the thing you’ve been saying you want to do: eat better for your body and move more in a way that feels good to YOU! And of course, this all happens with the support and accountability of me as your coach!

Choosing the right program for you depends on your personal goals! I don’t want to just sign you up for a package and have you not be successful. Our coaching relationship needs to be a good fit. You need to know you can trust me to help you stay accountable and I need to know I am the best person for the job. That happens by us taking a moment to learn a little more about one another.

So if you’re serious about changing your life and you are willing to do the work from the inside out (mindset is KEY here!), simply fill out my Bootcamp Application Form and I’ll be in touch to schedule a short complimentary discovery call to help us both decide if what I’m offering is the best fit for you as well as what specific program and bundle to start with. Our bundles typically range from $160 to $220 and that includes everything you need to get going! What you choose is entirely up to you, which is one of the things we discuss on the call.


What I love most about supporting busy women in prioritizing their health and fitness is that it’s personal. No two people are alike. Your body, your life, your beliefs and desires – they are all uniquely YOU. I’m not here to change you at all. So if you don’t love working out, but you still want to feel better than you do today, GREAT! I’ve got options for you. If you’ve got your nutrition mostly handled but need some help in understanding your relationship with food, I’ve got you covered. If you’re looking to gain strength, enhance your athletic ability or simply switch up your current routine, you’ll be happy with what we have for you! If you’re wanting to shed some unwanted pounds, I can help you without fear of judgment or the need to be perfect at any of it. Pssstt…perfection is a lie…

The point is, your journey to your best self does not compare to anyone else, so PLEASE don’t fall into the trap of compare and despair. And especially do not believe the lies that tell you that you aren’t already enough as you are. Your size has nothing to do with your worth and to be honest, should not be the focus of your work with me. It’s okay to want to lose weight but lets be sure your intention is set on health vs. a number on the scale.

At the end of the day, being your best self is significantly enhanced when you feel good. Having people in your corner supporting you in making the changes you’re trying to make is crucial. In fact, I started my own health journey just like you’re considering doing… in a bootcamp with other women who, like me, wanted to take charge of their health and fitness.

I admit, in the beginning, I heavily focused on losing weight and even posted about it on social media. And while I am super proud of the work I put in to lose the extra weight I was tired of carrying around, I am even more proud that I’ve done the work to heal my relationship with my body, with food, and with exercise so I no longer judge myself for what I look like, but rather simply do my part to take care of myself every day.
